Being held in the defending Champion’s home country of Australia, the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will see its final falling on International Women’s Day. This year, Thailand have qualified for the tournament for the first time and will be hoping to prove their mettle.

Disappointingly for some golf fans, this year is the first time since 1963 that there won’t be any live coverage of the competition on free-to-air TV in the UK, as Sky Sports has secured exclusive rights to the coverage.
In 2019 the FA Cup was won by Premier League side Manchester City, but the participating clubs of this year’s event will need to claw their way into the Quarter-Finals on 21st March and the Semi-Finals on the 18th April before they can face their fate in the May final.
Perfectly bridging the year’s spring and summer events, the Euro 2020 Championship is set to see Portugal attempt to hold on to their 2016 win. England will be hoping to redeem themselves this year following their shocking defeat to Iceland in the first knockout stage four years ago.
